Below is a list of items that we have or will purchase for Dan

• Replace the arm pad:  $20
  

• Purchase a new tire:  $50 (required annually)
  

• Provide 1 hour of service:  $60
  

• Provide a new battery:  $300 (required annually)
  

• Replace worn out foot rest:  $300
  

• Replace the head rest: $320 (DONE!) 
  

• New seat cusion or lateral support:  $400
  

• Replace worn out joystick:  $750
  

• Provide a motor gear box:  $820
  

• Fix the main controller:  $1400 (DONE!!)

A fundraising effort was held for Dan during March and June 2010 to raise money for wheelchair repairs.  Our fundraising efforts resulted in a total of $4500 raised for Dan.  Many thanks to the Rochester community for this support.
